Description

Design

The test plant consists of the following components:

ToniNORM Powerbox drive unit in table-design, including servo valve, pump unit, drive electronics and temperature monitoring.

Measuring and Control System ToniTROL II computer-controlled measuring and control system for measuring, controlling, operating and monitoring of building material test plants

Load Frame 300 kN compact, rigid load frame for compressive strength tests with a maximum test load of 300 kN; two-column design with hard-chromium plated columns, equipped with vertical plunger drive and high-precision force transducer on strain gauge basis.

Load Frame 10 kN, 20 kN or 50 kN (optional) compact, rigid load frame for flexural tensile tests with a maximum test force of 10 kN, 20 kN or 50 kN; two-column design, equipped with a vertical plunger drive and high-precision force transducer on strain gauge basis.

Test Area Protection  protective device made of aluminum profiles and polycarbonate panes with electrical safety interlock (required in the EU for CE conformity).

 

Optional Accessories Load Frame 300 kN

Adapter flange, model 1543.014 for compression tests of prisms 40 x 40 x 160 mm in vertical position, e.g. for the determination of the mo-dulus of elasticity.

Waste chute, model 1543.016 facilitates the disposal of specimen remains; directly mounted below the lower pressure plate.

Centering device for specimens, model 1543.023 for centering prisms 40 x 40 x 160 mm on the lower pressure plate.

 

Optional Accessories Load Frame 10-50kN

Additional equipment set, 1544.032for the determination of the compressive strength of half prisms with up to 50 kN maximum test load; consisting of a ball seat and a set of pressure plates 40 x 40 mm.

Additional equipment set, 1544.033 for the determination of the compressive strength of half prisms with up to 50 kN maximum test load; consisting of a ball seat and a set of pressure plates 40 x 62.5 mm.

 

Test Area Protection

Test area protection, model 1543.0300.82 with electrical safety interlock in CE-compatible design; only for the 300 kN load frame.

Extended test area protection, model 1543.0300/10.85 with electrical safety interlock in CE-compatible design; for the 300 kN load frame and the 10-50 kN load frame.
