Up to four load frames of the machine series ToniNORM can be individually combined and can be operated with only one Powerbox (hydraulic power unit) and a single ToniTROL (controller). Thereby each load frame can be optimally adapted to the respective test requirements.

Testing Software

Every testing machine is equipped with the universal measurement and control system ToniTROL resp. ToniTROL II. The basic version of the system is used for automatic, programmable routine tests with force control and is at any time extendable by software modules, e.g. for the determination of the Young´s modulus, the displacement measurement and control and the deformation measurement and control.

Combined with the control and evaluation software testXpert® resp. testXpert® II Toni Technik testing machines can be controlled by PC and test results can be evaluated. Thus customer-specific solutions as well as standard defined test procedures can be easily realized and are an interesting aspect for users with a versatile test spectrum.

For customers who use a laboratory information software (LIMS) Toni Technik offers a universal interface software for bi- or unidirectional data transmission between ToniTROL and LIMS.
